Interactive Mattress Configurator

To optimize the lead generation process, I designed a conditional-logic configurator that simplifies complex product variables. The tool successfully automated the quoting process, reducing management time and ensuring that every request is fully profiled and consistent. By delivering a guided, high-value experience, the interface allows users to perceive the product's quality immediately, while enabling the internal team to focus on high-value tasks.

Personalization and cognitive load

Choosing the right mattress is a high-friction decision often plagued by choice paralysis. The objective was to transform a complex set of technical variables into a seamless journey that guides the user toward the perfect product while speaking the brand's unique language.

User Flow & Branching Logic: I architected the end-to-end decision tree, managing complex dependencies to ensure a flawless user journey.

  • Visual & UI Design: Created a minimal interface that emphasizes comfort, using a palette and typography consistent with the Big Ape style.
  • Prototyping: Developed high-fidelity interactive prototypes to test logic transitions and feedback loops.
  • Conversion Focus: Integrated progress indicators to minimize drop-off rates, aligning with Conversion Marketing best practices.
